Nexo is a beacon for ideas and architectural innovation, it engages with the urban space and is a source of inspiration and knowledge to the public and to the architects. Nexo boosts interaction and it animates the public realm of both the Lakefront and the Millennium Park.
Its modular structure will be easy to assemble and flexible to use while being a playful display of current architectural experimentation. Nexo is a practical piece of urban equipment that provides an engaging spatial experience to passers-by.
Through its different commercial functions, Nexo will be an addition to the architectural artifacts of Chicago’s landmarks.
Its cultural program of online video relays will liaise with a panoply of different institutions at the forefront of the architectural and cultural debates and will also represent the very embodiment of the dynamic cultural and architectural inquiry of these days.
