I collaborated with roof contractor ARC to deliver JWA’s trapezoidal roof design – for one of the most ambitious project of private art gallery metal in Sydney.
The entire roof composed of 33 fabricated zinc hoods, 175 linear mater of fabricated gutters, and 105 fabricated cradles connecting the steel structure with the hoods, was pre-assembled entirely into the ARC’s workshop under continuing coordination by myself.
This project can be considered the most craft-made developed in my career due to the particularity bespoke behavior of the project. The automated process between Rhino and 3Dexperance was involved in order to manage the documentation and fabrication out.
