The identified area has a land area equal to 2260 sqm, of which 225 sqm are intended for the edification of the new youth center. The remaining 2,035 sqm will be treated as external accomodation.
The new youth center consists of a single volume of a single plan, integrated into a larger design, which transforms the existing area into a small urban park inside the consolidated urban fabric. The area designed by this intervention will be 225 sqm, leaving the remainder, of 2,035 sqm, to be treated as a garden. The building is dimensioned to accommodate a total of about 90 people.
The building consists of glass skin, screen internally by curtains. The selective windows, allow the entry of sunlight, but they prevent lead inside the heat. The outdoor area will be treated in the garden and partially paved. This paved part will be mainly deployed in front of the building, so as to form a small square that can also be used for external events, such as concerts for the end of the year organized by the school of music in town.
